License Agreement

Effective Date: November 25, 2025

This License Agreement ("License") governs your use of all digital assets, including but not limited to PSD files, CDR files, AI files, and other creative resources ("Assets") downloaded from WidePik ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading any Asset from WidePik, you agree to be bound by this License.

1. License Grant

Upon downloading an Asset, WidePik grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to use the Asset according to the terms outlined in this License. This license remains valid even after your subscription ends or your account is terminated, provided the Asset was downloaded while your account was in good standing and you continue to comply with the terms of this License.

2. Ownership

All Assets available on WidePik are created by our professional team of designers and are owned by WidePik. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Assets, including all intellectual property rights. This License does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You are merely granted permission to use the Assets according to the terms specified herein.

3. Permitted Uses

You are permitted to use downloaded Assets for the following purposes:

3.1 Personal Use

• Personal projects and non-commercial creative work
• Educational projects and learning purposes
• Portfolio pieces and personal branding
• Social media content for personal accounts
• Personal blogs, websites, and digital presentations

3.2 Commercial Use

• Commercial projects including products for sale or resale
• Client work and commissioned projects (unlimited clients)
• Digital and print media including magazines, brochures, and books
• Website design and development for any purpose
• Mobile applications and software interfaces
• Social media content and marketing campaigns for businesses
• Advertising materials, billboards, and promotional content
• Merchandise including t-shirts, mugs, posters, and other physical products
• Packaging design for products
• Video content, presentations, and multimedia projects
• Corporate branding and identity materials

3.3 Modifications

You are free to modify, edit, combine, or transform Assets as needed for your projects. You may incorporate Assets into larger creative works and derivative projects. Modified Assets are still subject to the restrictions outlined in Section 4.

3.4 Unlimited Projects

You may use each downloaded Asset in an unlimited number of projects, both personal and commercial, with no additional fees or royalties required. There are no restrictions on the number of copies, impressions, or distributions of your final projects that incorporate our Assets.

4. Prohibited Uses

You are expressly prohibited from using Assets in the following ways:

4.1 Redistribution and Resale

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing Assets as standalone digital files
• Sharing Assets with others who have not downloaded them from WidePik
• Making Assets available for download on other websites, platforms, or file-sharing services
• Creating competing stock media platforms, marketplaces, or template libraries using our Assets
• Bundling Assets for sale or distribution as digital templates or design resources
• Including Assets in website themes, templates, or plugins where the Asset can be extracted

4.2 Blockchain and NFTs

• Creating, minting, or selling NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) using our Assets
• Using Assets in blockchain-based applications where ownership or scarcity is claimed
• Incorporating Assets into cryptocurrency projects or token artwork

4.3 Trademark and Logo Use

• Using Assets as trademarks, service marks, or business logos in a way that claims exclusive rights
• Registering Assets or substantially similar versions as trademarks
• Using Assets as core branding elements that would prevent others from using the same Asset

4.4 Offensive and Illegal Content

• Using Assets in connection with adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit materials
• Using Assets to promote hate speech, discrimination, harassment, violence, or terrorism
• Using Assets in defamatory, libelous, or unlawful content
• Using Assets to mislead, deceive, or defraud others
• Using Assets in connection with illegal activities, drugs, weapons, or controlled substances
• Using Assets in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations

4.5 False Ownership Claims

• Claiming ownership or authorship of the original WidePik Assets
• Removing or altering copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution information from Assets
• Presenting Assets as your own original work without substantial modification or incorporation into larger works

5. Attribution

Attribution to WidePik is appreciated but not required for any Assets, whether free or premium. If you choose to provide attribution, you may use the following format:

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Assets are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide high-quality Assets created by professional designers, we do not guarantee that:

• Assets will be error-free, bug-free, or free from technical issues
• Assets will be compatible with all software versions, platforms, or devices
• Assets will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Assets will be continuously available or never removed from our platform
• Assets do not infringe third-party rights (though we use copyright-compliant source materials)

You are responsible for verifying that Assets meet your needs and are compatible with your intended use before incorporating them into your projects.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WidePik shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Assets, including but not limited to:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Claims by third parties alleging infringement
• Technical issues, software incompatibility, or file corruption
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Asset (if applicable)

Your use of Assets is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any consequences of using Assets in your projects, including but not limited to third-party claims.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WidePik and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of Assets in violation of this License
• Your incorporation of Assets into projects that infringe third-party rights
• Your distribution, sale, or display of projects containing Assets
• Any breach of the terms outlined in this License

9. License Termination

This License is perpetual and continues indefinitely unless terminated. WidePik reserves the right to terminate this License if you:

• Violate any terms of this License
• Use Assets for prohibited purposes outlined in Section 4
• Engage in fraudulent activity or violate our Terms of Service
• Redistribute or resell Assets in violation of this License

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the affected Assets and delete all copies from your devices and storage. However, you may continue to use Assets in projects that were completed and published before the termination date.

10. Copyright Infringement

All Assets are created by WidePik's team using copyright-compliant source materials. If you believe an Asset infringes your copyright or if you discover that an Asset you downloaded infringes third-party rights, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate all claims thoroughly and take appropriate action, which may include removing the Asset from our platform. 11. Changes to License

We reserve the right to modify this License at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of Assets downloaded after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified License. Assets downloaded before License changes remain governed by the License terms in effect at the time of download. We recommend reviewing this License periodically to stay informed of any updates.

12. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Province of Punjab. Any disputes arising from this License shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

13. Entire Agreement

This License, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and WidePik regarding the use of Assets. This License supersedes any prior agreements or understandings regarding Asset usage. If there is a conflict between this License and our Terms of Service, this License shall prevail specifically for Asset usage rights.

14. Severability

If any provision of this License is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
